12月6日，界面新闻获悉，通义前员工周畅违反竞业协议跳槽字节，已遭到阿里起诉索赔。
公开资料显示，周畅于2017年7月入职阿里。今年7月，周畅以创业为由提出离职，并签署竞业协议。
据第一财经杂志报道称，周畅并未创业而是加入了字节，因为字节给周畅提供了一份几乎无法拒绝的高薪合同。如果确认违反竞业协议，周畅将面临巨额索赔。
