证券时报e公司讯，内蒙华电(600863)12月5日晚间公告，为贯彻落实内蒙古自治区有序推进火电灵活性改造促进市场化消纳新能源、保障电力稳定供应的工作部署和要求，公司出资设立内蒙古北联电辉腾能源有限公司，负责建设“察右中旗灵改配置新能源项目”，目前，该项目已获乌兰察布市发改委核准。项目规划810兆瓦的风电项目及150兆瓦的光伏项目，动态总投资39.64亿元。
