金融界12月5日消息，有投资者在互动平台向润邦股份提问：关于公司2024年的业绩预增公告，按交易所要求，是必须在2025年1月15日前，还是1月31日前公告？谢谢！
公司回答表示：根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》中相关规定，如涉及披露业绩预告的，上市公司应在会计年度结束之日起一个月内进行预告。公司根据监管部门相关规定开展业绩预告信息披露相关工作。
