运机集团12月4日公告，公司拟以持有的山东欧瑞安电气有限公司（以下简称“欧瑞安”）56.50%的股权提供质押担保向银行申请并购贷款，用于直接支付公司收购欧瑞安56.50%股权的对价款，或置换已支付交易价款的自筹资金。贷款额度为敞口金额1.5255亿元，且不超过交易对价的60%。
