凯德集团消息，12月3日，新加坡—江苏合作理事会第十八次会议在南京市举办，凯德发展（中国）、苏州高新区、毅峰资本签署合作备忘录，宣布设立跨境独角兽产业基金，依托腾飞苏州狮山元创公园合力建设“苏州市全球（跨境）产业创新中心”。
