北京商报讯（记者 李秀梅）11月29日，华泰保险集团股份有限公司（以下简称"华泰保险集团"）公告表示，山东能源集团有限公司拟将其持有的1.1亿股（比例2.7352%）华泰保险集团股份转让给山东能源集团资本管理有限公司。
山东能源集团资本管理有限公司表示，入股华泰保险集团系国有产权无偿划转。
上述股权变更事宜需监管备案后生效。
