智通财经APP讯，数码通电讯(00315)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司数码通电讯，于就提供公共流动服务而进行之850/900兆赫、2.3吉赫及6/7吉赫频带无线电频谱拍卖中，成为相关850兆赫频组及相关6/7吉赫频组(合共110兆赫)的暂定成功竞投人。
公告称，交易可使集团获得重要频率资源，以确保为客户持续提供优质流动服务，并配合集团对网络容量的长远规划以支持集团业务发展。
