日本经济产业省11月29日表示，将向汽车零部件制造商电装（Denso）和富士电机（Fuji Electric）提供至多705亿日元的援助，用于联合生产功率半导体。电装与富士电机联合开展功率芯片业务的总成本预计将达到2116亿日元。
