新京报讯 目前北京市仍处于寒潮蓝色和大风蓝色双预警中，部分河湖水面已经开始结冰，月末气温短时小幅回升。今天仍有北风加持，午后风力会逐渐转弱，气温也将从谷底开始回升。本周后半段以晴到多云为主，月末气温短时回归到零度线以上。
