据央视新闻消息，当地时间11月27日，俄罗斯对外情报局称，可靠消息再次证明，美国并没有放弃推行其所谓的民主化计划，美国希望借助这个计划完全控制亚美尼亚。

俄对外情报局称，这样的事情已经多次在中东、拉美和非洲国家上演，最典型的案例就是当下的乌克兰。
