达仁堂11月26日公告，公司董事会于2024年11月25日收到张铭芮的书面辞呈，张铭芮因工作变动原因申请辞去公司董事长、董事职务及战略委员会主席职务。董事会审议通过了“选举董事王磊为公司董事长的议案”。根据《公司章程》规定，公司法定代表人变更为王磊。
