财联社11月26日电，法国能源部长奥尔加·吉韦内特表示，政府将对五家公司的能效证书欺诈行为处以总计240万欧元的罚款。吉韦内特说，道达尔能源、法国电力集团子公司达尔凯能源（Dalkia）、Hellio Solutions、Sefe Energy和Teksial滥用了节能措施。道达尔能源否认存在任何欺诈行为，并在声明中表示计划就罚款向法国法院提起上诉。
