佛燃能源11月20日公告，公司获悉公司独立董事周林彬的儿子周翔于2024年9月30日至2024年10月9日期间通过集中竞价方式买卖公司股票，存在短线交易行为。周翔通过上述短线交易亏损371元。除本次交易外，周林彬及周翔从未交易公司股票。截至公告披露之日，周林彬及周翔均未持有公司股票。
