金融界11月19日消息，有投资者在互动平台向融发核电提问：请问流通股东减持为什么没有公告？
公司回答表示：持股比例达到5%的公司股东在增持或减持公司股票前应告知公司并提交相应的增、减持计划由公司对外披露，其他股东未强制规定需提前披露其增、减持计划。
