11月19日，鸿海科技集团宣布已取得高雄捷运黄线Y15站联开案最优申请人资格，未来将在联开基地上，建设45层商业办公大楼以及32层住商复合式大楼，鸿海在台湾南部地区的旗舰总部也将进驻其中。此开发案总投资金额新台币159亿元。
