当地时间11月15日，波音公司董事会宣布选举蒂姆·巴克利（Tim Buckley）为其最新成员，自2025年1月1日起生效。巴克利将在财务委员会和治理与公共政策委员会任职。现年55岁的巴克利此前曾担任先锋领航集团（Vanguard Group）主席兼首席执行官，任职期间管理资产规模增长80%。作为董事会的第12位成员，巴克利将是波音2019年以来新增的第10位董事。
