11月15日，甘肃兰州，青白石街道石沟村新井盖用铁锹一敲就碎。村民表示今天下午“纸皮井盖”已全部更换，为什么会出现这样的井盖，各方说法不一。城关区区委宣传部表示正在调查，后续会出通报。
