2024年11月15日，华海诚科(688535.SH)公告称，公司拟使用全部超募资金约2.87亿元及其利息收入、理财收益和自有/自筹资金，通过股权收购形式取得华威电子30%股权，交易价格为4.8亿元。
根据此前公告，公司拟收购交易标的100%股权，公司拟采取发行股份及支付现金购买资产的方式，购买交易标的剩余70%股权，并募集配套资金。
