中国黄金国际11月15日在港交所公告，侯晨光已获委任为公司执行董事及董事长兼首席执行官，以填补童军虎辞任后的职位空缺，自2024年11月14日起生效。
侯晨光就有关职务并无具体任期或拟定之服务期限。根据公司组织章程细则，侯晨光作为董事将于公司下届股东周年大会上参选，亦不获发任何酬金。
