新京报贝壳财经讯 （记者段文平）11月14日，阳光100中国公告称，2024年11月13日，香港高等法院根据呈请人及阳光100中国于2024年11月12日提交的同意传票，下令准许修订呈请，并取消原定于2025年1月15日举行的押后聆讯，押后至2025年3月12日举行。
今年的10月23日，阳光100中国曾将清盘呈请聆讯延期至2025年1月15日进行。
