中指研究院报告显示，根据中国房地产指数系统百城价格指数，2024年10月，百城二手住宅均价环比下跌0.60%，跌幅较上月收窄0.10个百分点；同比下跌7.27%。10月，十大城市二手住宅均价环比下跌0.33%，跌幅较上月收窄0.47个百分点；同比下跌7.51%。具体来看，二手房价格环比跌幅除杭州较上月基本持平外，十大城市其余城市均收窄。上海、深圳收窄明显，均在0.7个百分点以上，北京、武汉、重庆收窄0.5~0.7个百分点之间，广州、天津收窄0.2~0.3个百分点。
