财联社11月12日电，荷兰海牙上诉法院当地时间11月12日驳回了此前要求壳牌石油公司在2030年前减少碳排放量45%的判决。法院重申了壳牌公司在应对气候变化方面的责任，但是裁定该公司不需要被法律强制执行具体的减排目标。
