北京商报讯（记者 刘晓梦）11月8日，上汽集团发布的数据显示，今年10月整车批发销量40.2万辆，终端交付45.7万辆，同比增长6.4%，环比增长12.7%。自今年7月以来，上汽集团终端交付量已连续四个月实现环比增长。
