观点网讯：11月7日，据媒体报道，已故著名歌手邓丽君位于香港赤柱佳美道18号的故居，其楼书正式上载。
该独立屋实用面积7295平方呎，配备6个套房，私家泳池，并设有地库共4层高。
资料显示，邓丽君于1988年以700万港元购入此物业，并在此居住。
值得注意的是，该物业曾于2000年开放供公众参观，以纪念邓丽君逝世5周年。后由何超凤及前女婿何志坚于2004年以3180万港元购入。
