2024年11月4日，科技部部长阴和俊应约与英国科学、创新与技术内阁大臣彼得·凯尔（Peter Kyle）通电话。双方围绕落实两国元首共识、推动中英科技交流与合作进行探讨，并就发挥中英科技创新合作联委会机制作用及下一步重点合作领域等共同关心的议题交换意见。
