受台风“康妮”带来的风雨影响，11月1日上午，上海绕城高速G1503蕴川公路立交桥下出现大量积水，最深处一度没过小腿肚。公安、消防等部门接报后赶赴现场，维持道路秩序，并配合市政部门抓紧抽排积水。
