东方锆业公告，控股股东龙佰集团计划自2024年11月4日起6个月内，通过深圳证券交易所以集中竞价交易方式增持东方锆业股份，拟增持金额不低于人民币1亿元，不超过人民币2亿元，本次增持不设定价格区间，将根据龙佰集团对东方锆业股票的价值判断及二级市场波动情况实施增持计划。本次增持计划实施前，龙佰集团持有东方锆业182,210,818股股份，占公司总股本的23.52%。
