美国特拉华州法官凯瑟琳·麦考密克致信马斯克律师称，计划在今年年底前对马斯克560亿美元特斯拉薪酬方案做出最终裁决。该方案在2018年首次提出，当时马斯克获得了大量股票期权，被认为是美国企业史上规模最大的薪酬方案。麦考密克法官在今年1月的裁决中认定，该方案对特斯拉股东不公平，并认为该方案是在董事会对马斯克“感激不尽”的情况下达成。
