10月30日晚，追梦筹官微发布声明称，追梦筹经营及提现一切正常。追梦筹母公司为上海追梦网络科技有限公司，南京敢梦网络科技有限公司乃其子公司，因南京子公司团队在市区办公，没有在注册地办公，导致经营异常的误会，已向相关部门说明，将在两周内移除经营异常名录。
