瑞财经 AI 10月24日消息，南华集团控股（00413.HK）发布公告，于2024年10月24日，卖方（公司间接全资附属公司Welbeck Holdings Limited）拟向买方（Splendid Enterprises Limited）出售目标公司的全部已发行股本，代价为1.85亿港元。
目标公司A（Poben Consultants Limited）实益拥有17个A级船位，涵盖不同长度船只需求：包括10个适合长度不超过45英呎的船只、3个适合长度不超过50英呎的船只、2个适合长度不超过60英呎的船只，及2个适合长度不超过70英呎的船只，并持有2张公司债券及15张个人债券。
目标公司B（Pok Lake Profits Limited）则实益拥有23个B级船位，以及15张公司债券和8张个人债券。
另外，目标公司C（Tripstowe Management Limited）实益拥有5个乾泊位及5张个人债券。
