10月23日（采访时间），近日，四川广元市利州区住房和城乡建设局发布通报称，天府名邸小区一男孩掉入小区化粪池，爷爷下去施救不幸身亡，相关部门正在对此次事件进行调查。律师表示，各方应根据调查结果承担相应责任。
