海达股份10月23日公告，10月23日，子公司江阴海达新能源材料有限公司与隆基绿能签署了《卡扣长期采购协议》，由公司按照协议约定向隆基绿能供应卡扣产品，隆基绿能2025年6月至2027年6月期间的预期采购量为8GW，具体采购量以及采购价格以采购订单为准，交易总额以最终成交金额为准。
