10月22日，中国恒大（03333.HK）发布公告宣布变更香港主要营业地点及继续停牌。
公告显示，自2024年9月20日起，中国恒大集团的主要营业地点已变更为香港中环雪厂街2号圣佐治大厦14楼。自2024年1月29日上午10时18分起，中国恒大集团的股份已暂停买卖，直至另行通知。（澎湃新闻记者 李晓青）
