格隆汇10月22日丨民德电子(300656.SZ)在投资者互动平台表示，广芯微电子主营业务为高端特色工艺半导体晶圆代工，目前已量产的产品包括MOS场效应二极管、特高压DMOS系列产品、高压BCD产品等，预计今年底实现6英寸高端特色硅基晶圆代工产能上线3万片/月，产出2万/月。
