据台湾气象部门消息，位于菲律宾东部海域的热带低气压在22日凌晨发展为今年第20号台风“潭美”。
目前中心位于台湾鹅銮鼻东南方约1270公里海面，正在向西北进行，预计未来有可能通过吕宋岛，向南海方向运动。（总台央视记者 范文佳 代钦夫）
