北京商报讯（记者 岳品瑜 董晗萱）10月21日，北京商报记者注意到，据人民银行河北省分行发布的行政处罚信息，付临门支付有限公司河北分公司因违反非金融机构支付服务管理规定，被罚款3万元。
拉卡拉支付股份有限公司河北分公司同样因违反非金融机构支付服务管理规定，被罚款3万元。
