智通财经APP讯，中国电力(02380)公布，2024年10月16日，该公司在中国境内发行本年度第三期绿色中期票据(碳中和债)(DFI–碳中和债–2024-003)， 发行本金额为人民币10亿元，期限5年，票面利率每年2.28%。募集所得的资金将用作偿还一笔现有绿色中期票据及一笔清洁能源发电项目相关的贷款。
