10月16日，交口派出所接到报警称：某树林内有一只疑似国家二级保护动物猫头鹰受伤。
接警后，民警火速赶赴现场，找到了该猫头鹰，经现场检查，发现其翅膀受伤，不能飞行。民警立即将其带回派出所，并联系离石区林业局进行进一步的鉴定和救助。
