10月16日，位于三亚市天涯区的三亚河通道工程项目稳步推进建设。
该项目由中铁二十局承建，创新采用三圆咬合顶管施工工艺，通过管幕结构加冷冻法施工工法的全海底作业方式，确保大量游艇游船进出港不受施工影响，有效保护周边海洋生态。
