财政部部长助理宋其超10月17日在国新办发布会上表示，目前财政部正在抓紧研究明确取消普通住宅与非普通住宅相衔接的税收政策，主要包括增值税、土地增值税。在增值税方面，除北上广深外一律不区分普通住宅与非普通住宅，北上广深对于个人销售购买两年以上的普通住宅免征土地增值税。近期我们正在对相关税收政策作调整。具体政策正在抓紧履行相关程序。
