国投电力10月14日公告，公司与四川川投能源股份有限公司（简称川投能源）协商，拟共计向雅砻江流域水电开发有限公司（简称雅砻江水电）增资150亿元；公司和川投能源按照各自的持股比例（52%：48%）进行出资，即公司出资78亿元，川投能源出资72亿元，出资方式均为货币出资。
