财政部副部长郭婷婷10月12日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，2024年国家奖学金奖励名额翻倍，本专科生国家奖学金名额从每年6万人增加到12万人，硕士生从3.5万人增加到7万人；提高本专科生奖励标准，本专科生国家奖励标准从每生每年8000元提高到1万元。
