（本报上海讯 通讯员 陈锋）10日，中铁四局电气化公司参建的华为上海练秋湖研发中心小火车项目开通运营。电气化公司施工的四电工程包括有轨小火车运营管理系统、通讯系统、车辆段设备及加油设备设施施工及调试开通。
