本计划面向有意开发鸿蒙原生应用、元服务的开发者。
开发者报名参与本计划后，需在2024年10月10日至2024年12月31日完成鸿蒙原生应用开发并在HarmonyOS NEXT应用市场正式上架，满足相应的激励条件有机会获得激励。
