【财华社讯】丽新国际(00191.HK)公布，预期截至2024年7月31日止年度公司拥有人应占综合亏损将介乎20.6亿港元至22.8亿港元，而2023年同期净亏损约16.65亿港元。亏损增加主要原因为集团直接拥有投资物业公平值减少；及丽新发展有限公司及其附属公司(丽新发展集团)持有应占合营公司的亏损增加。
