格隆汇10月9日丨华科智能投资(01140.HK)公告，柳志伟博士已辞任执行董事及公司根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则设立的其中一位授权代表。柳博士表示其希望投入更多时间于其他工作安排。
董事会进一步宣布，非执行董事兼董事会主席汪钦博士已根据上市规则第3.05条获委任为公司授权代表，自2024年10月9日起生效。
