证券时报e公司讯，浙海德曼(688577)10月9日晚间公告，拟使用募集资金1.36亿元（及其利息收入）向全资子公司上海海德曼增资，增加上海海德曼注册资本2000万元，剩余金额计入其资本公积（股本溢价）。本次增资完成后，上海海德曼注册资本将增加至5000万元。
