2024年10月8日，国城矿业(000688.SZ)公告称，公司第一大股东建新集团与公司实际控制人吴城于近日签署了《股份转让协议之解除协议书》。建新集团终止通过协议转让方式向吴城转让公司无限售条件的流通股1.15亿股，占公司目前总股本的10.29%。
