全球领先的检测、检验和认证公司必维集团（Bureau Veritas）表示，将把食品检测业务出售给梅里埃营养科学公司（Merieux nutrissciences），交易的企业价值为3.6亿欧元（约合3.952亿美元）。
该公司表示，此次出售预计将在第四季度末完成。。该交易将对截至2025年的调整后净利润产生中性影响。
