10月7日，德国奢侈电商平台Mytheresa宣布从历峰集团收购Yoox Net-A-Porter全部股权。根据收购协议，历峰集团以5.55亿欧元且不叠加债务的形式出售Yoox Net-A-Porter，未来还将提供为期六年且累计1亿欧元的信贷资金来满足Yoox Net-A-Porter的一般性业务开支。
Mytheresa计划未来将Yoox Net-A-Porter的奢侈品部门整合到内部，同时运营Mytheresa、Net-A-Porter和Mr Porter，折扣平台Yoox和The Outnet将会被拆分。在2022年，历峰集团宣布将Yoox Net-A-Porter出售给另一奢侈电商平台Farfetch，但由于后者财务状况在2023年恶化，交易最终取消。
